Junior School Athletics Carnival 2021
Our Junior School Athletics Carnival held on Monday 25 October was once again one of the highlights on the sporting calendar. With challenging weather on hand, our boys displayed great character when participating in the trying conditions.
Over the day, our Junior School boys participated in a variety of track and field events. The competition was intense but friendly, with the lead swapping many times throughout the day. School House pulled away late in the day to win the carnival from Buckland with Stephens and Thorold finishing third and fourth respectively. It was the fifth year in a row that School House has won the B.P Smith Memorial Athletics Trophy.
The House Spirit Award was awarded to Buckland House, whose students never gave up and were constantly lifting morale, through their energetic chants and fine sportsmanship. Thank you to all teachers, families and friends for their continued support on the day.
