After weeks of training and rehearsing, The Hutchins Combined Dance Troupe has placed second in the school boys section of the prestigious Sydney Dance Eisteddfod.
This year all students in the pre-tertiary Geography class and other interested students sat The Australian Geography Competition test.
Dance at Hutchins is continuing to go from strength to strength, with about 30 Hutchins boys competing in the the recent Southern Tasmanian Dancing Eisteddfods.

On Friday 6 May we had a Science morning in conjunction with Collegiate. Our Year 7 boys travelled to Collegiate to be hosted by their Year 7 girls and our Year 8 boys remained in our Middle School to welcome the Year 8 Collegiate girls.
