The Hobart Hurricanes recently launched a lunch time ‘raid’ on the Hutchins War Memorial Oval. Unannounced “Captain Hurricane” arrived to have a hit with our boys and hand out giveaways to help promote the upcoming ‘Big Bash’ T20 League.
Students from the Hutchins Early Learning Centre recently participated in a thanksgiving and ‘heart planting’ service at St David’s Cathedral to help raise awareness about heart disease.
The Hutchins Prefects have run the AFL Grand Final Breakfast for almost three years now. Each year the event raises funds for a specific cause or charity.
