The Hutchins Junior School Orchestra recently held an open rehearsal and breakfast for families.
Today the Hutchins School Old Boys’ Association hosted the annual Ray Vincent lunch in Burbury House, welcoming 70 Old Boys and special guests.
On Thursday 15 November some of our Junior School boys participated in the annual JSSATIS Athletics Carnival.
Last week Year 8 students showcased their Year 8 Projects. The project is a major piece of student negotiated work involving planning, research and personal reflection.
Yesterday students from Years 3 to 10 gathered in honour of Remembrance Day. Students reflected on the sacrifices made by those who fought for our freedom and paid their respects to The Hutchins School Old Boys who gave their lives in World War I.
Congratulations to our Year 7–8 Basketball team who won the Division B Southern High Schools Regional Tournament at Kingborough Sport Centre over the weekend.
Boys in Years 1, 2 & 3 participated in the annual Music Australia Count Us In celebration event at the Bellerive Boardwalk on Thursday 1 November 2018.
Well done to The Hutchins School Year 12 boys on their tremendous effort this year to raise a grand total of $15,000 for SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY.
Hutchins is once again the State Champion of the ASX Schools Sharemarket game.
