Victory for the Hutchins 2nd XI Cricket team!
A sensational victory last weekend in enemy territory for the Hutchins 2nd XI Cricket side vs Scotch Oakburn College final! Jak Gunson (Year 12) was the sole destroyer with the bat with 113 runs, with great support from Archie Banks-Smith (Year 12) with 53 runs, guiding the side to 7/245 at innings end. Billy Blackett tore through the Scotch order finishing with figures of 5/19 off 9 overs with great support from all bowlers.
Thanks to Bus Driver Mr Dennis Bishop for transporting the team safely and a big thumbs up to Tom King and James Fielding (Year 9) for making the trip and showing great character with your assistance and support of the boys. A big thank you must also go to Mr Cameron Greenhill for coaching the boys to victory this season!
