JSSATIS Swimming Carnival
On Thursday 21 March 2019, our Junior School (Years 3–6) Swimming team participated in the annual JSSATIS Swimming Carnival at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre.
We had some sterling performances across all age levels in the various disciplines against some quality competition. It was pleasing to see how the boys not only encouraged one another, but exhibited terrific sportsmanship to those around them!
William Botterill-James (Year 4) was our stand out swimmer for the day with four 1st placings as well as anchoring his Year 4 4x50m Freestyle relay team to victory in a near record time.
We must thank all friends and families who came along to help support the boys, it was greatly appreciated!
