Strategic Plan 2016–2020
It is my pleasure to introduce to you The Hutchins School Strategic Plan 2016–2020. This plan builds upon the successes of previous strategic plans and I thank the teams that have assisted in its production as a clear, strong and well-founded strategy for the next five years.
The evolution of this school over recent strategic plans has taken advantage of the School’s developed infrastructure and human resources to enable credible, positive and productive learning and teaching engagement locally, nationally and internationally.
In that sense the context of this strategic plan is that it enables teachers and students alike to access great learning opportunities in an environment that will grow our young men ready as active and capable citizens in the global world they will enter and in which they will compete.
At The Hutchins School our constant purpose is to foster and maintain a tradition of growing young men prepared for today’s world and that of the future; young men who are balanced in intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social and physical skills; are in possession of knowledge, desirable personal attributes and a creative spirit, who loves learning and are willing unselfishly to serve their local, national and international communities.
This strategic plan is both visionary and achievable. I invite you to read the plan and I look forward to your support throughout its execution.
