SSATIS Athletics Carnival
On Tuesday 10 September 2019, 60 boys from the Middle and Senior School represented Hutchins at the Southern SATIS Athletics Carnival.
In what must have been the most pleasant day for this carnival in well over ten years, our boys equipped themselves well against strong competition, winning the Boys Aggregate Trophy.
We had numerous boys with personal best performances and a large number finish in the top three. Boys who won their individual events were:
- Oliver Burrows-Cheng – Open 100m, 200m and 110m Hurdles
- Taine Sookee – Open High Jump
- Raiden Lemon – Open Discus
- Oliver Elrick – U16 100m Hurdles
- Timothy Mitchell – U15 High Jump
- Henry Madsen – U14 400m and 800m
- Isaac Bonsey – U14 1500m
- Charles Boman – U13 400m and 800m
- Robert Elkerton – Open 3,000m
