Middle School Drama a sell out!

Middle School Drama Production, Bats.

The excitement in Middle School over the last few weeks has been the Middle School Production, Bats, directed by Miss Mikaela Campbell. The commitment, the enthusiasm and hard work by the cast from Hutchins and Fahan School was put to the test over three sell out nights.

Set in a remote village in the Transylvanian Alps, Count Dracula’s castle came alive. The town of Humperdinck had survived for centuries by growing grapes, with the towns ‘Grape Harvest’ as their main industry. As the grape harvest was ruined by disease, the town was on the verge of bankruptcy; but with help from a famous movie director, the town decided to market their eerie location for creatures of horror, as a tourist attraction. Vampires and monsters delighted the audience with jokes, puns, songs, dance and great talent.

Congratulations to all of the students and staff involved!
