Junior School Orchestra open rehearsal
The Hutchins Junior School Orchestra recently held an open rehearsal and breakfast for families. We shared our warm-up techniques and discussed rehearsal strategies with some home practice tips. The event was strongly supported by orchestra families who loved to see and hear how effectively their boys work together in a music ensemble. We also shared a delicious breakfast, provided by our Year 6 orchestra members.
Thank you to those boys who assisted with set up and breakfast. We are looking forward to presenting our repertoire and leading the Junior School in the National Anthem at our upcoming Speech Night.
