On 2 July the following students attended the International Student Science Conference in Hong Kong: Alex Stephens, Sudhaunshu Hardikar Struen Vanderplas, George Scott (all Year 10) and William Mather and Alexander Kruzis (both year 9). They were accompanied by Head of Faculty – Mr Peter Crofts and Dr Michaela Guest.

As well as presenting their research some of the activities included workshops held at Hong Kong University that saw the boys build and control a vehicle through their mobile phone, design a virtual reality roller coaster, and experiment with molecular gastronomy. There were also cultural experiences, such as the St Paul’s School Summer Concert – which saw up to 300 students participate during the evening in concert bands and choirs from Primary through to High School.

An amazing experience for our students.
