Hutchins House Music competition
On Friday 5 May, the Terence Butler Auditorium hosted Hutchins annual House Music competition, featuring bands from each of the Houses. The competition showcased weeks of dedicated rehearsals, resulting in a remarkable display of talent and enthusiasm from all involved with a diverse range of performances for the audience! Despite the intense competition, Thorold House took out first place, with Buckland coming second, School third, followed by Stephens House in fourth place. We congratulate all participants on their outstanding performances, making this year’s House Music competition the best yet, according to many.
A special mention must go out to all staff members who took part in the staff band and showcased their musical talents; judges who provided their expertise on the day; as well as to Mr Storm Ellis and Mr Felix Smith for their exceptional work in sound and lighting. Your contributions made the event a great success.
