In Business Studies, students participate in this competition either as an individual or in a group. In both categories students from The Hutchins School were declared state winners. In the individual category, James Moroney (Year 10) won with his business plan for PhoneFurbish which repairs damaged mobile phones and tablets, restoring them to a factory level of production using precise techniques and high quality materials. In the group division, Robert Jiang (Year 10), Harrison Wallace (Year 10) and Peter Mercado (Year 10) won with their business plan for The Tapas Truck which will provide customers with great food made with only the highest quality ingredients, wherever that customer may be.
