Prefect Induction

Dr Rob McEwan (Headmaster), Dr Adam Forsyth (Deputy Headmaster) and Mr Roger McNamara (Head of Senior School) with the newly inducted Prefects.

The Headmaster’s Assembly held this week included the induction of Thomas Bester, Harrison Evans, Philip Humphrey, Alec Kelly, Owen Law, Nicholas McIntyre, Angus Szoke, James Weir and Lewis Wood as prefects for 2017.

Old boy collector’s exhibition, open to the public

Professor Marcus Haward (Chairperson of The Hutchins School Board), Mr John Brettingham-Moore and Mr Ian Johnston (President of The Hutchins Foundation).

Mr John Brettingham-Moore (OB 1935–44) is our first exhibited Old Boy Collector. John’s artworks are currently featured in an exhibition held on display in the Olga Braham Gallery, extending into the Baldwin Wing and a section of the Nettlefold Library.

On Thursday 11 May 2017 the School hosted an evening with Lisa Darmanin of Waterhouse Darmanin Sailing. Lisa captured our hearts as the 2016 Rio Olympics where she, along with her cousin Jason Waterhouse, won Sailing Silver in the exciting Nacra 17 class.
