Grass fed beef is lower in total fat and calories, and higher in Vitamin E, Omega 3s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) than grain fed beef. Farm fresh premium sides of yearling beef (80–90 kg) @ $5.50/kg (based on the carcase weight) and delivered free to Hobart in bulk bags or personally packaged $7/kg.
