Winding up of The Hutchins Foundation Limited

At the Special General Meeting held at the School on 10 December 2019, the members voted unanimously to wind up the Foundation and to transfer the assets to the School. From 2020 we will have an additional Committee of the School Board, namely the Foundation Committee. We wish to thank all past members for their support of The Hutchins School. We are very grateful for the significant contribution all of our Foundation members have previously made and we look forward to continuing that good work for the benefit of the students.

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of The Hutchins Foundation Limited will be held in the Nettlefold Library Seminar Room at The Hutchins School at 5.30pm on Tuesday 10 December 2019.

Business for the Special General Meeting

  • To receive and consider the proposed Resolutions to alter the governance arrangements of The Hutchins Foundation Limited.
  • To transact any other business that may be brought before the meeting in conformity with the Constitution of the Company.
