The Hutchins School Old Boys’ Association (HSOBA) continued the tradition of honouring an outstanding Old Boy by unveiling the 2015 Hutchins Lion at the Anniversary Lunch held 5 August 2015.
The Hutchins School Anniversary Week was celebrated from 30 July – 5 August.
The School is open for families who are able to travel. Please take care on the roads.
The confirmed forecast at 12 noon today for tomorrow, Wednesday 5 August, is for severe weather conditions in Hobart and outer areas including the south and south east.
The Headmaster has advised that the School is closed today due to snow and black ice blanketing the School and access roads. The Anniversary Service scheduled for today has been postponed.

The Tasmanian state finals of the 2015 Australian Brain Bee Challenge – a national competition based on students’ knowledge of neuroscience – were held at the Menzies Centre, University of Tasmania on Friday 26 June.
