Hutchins Rugby success

The Hutchins Middle School's Rugby Team have taken out this year’s Hobart Schools Sevens Rugby Union Challenge.

The team won convincingly against Taroona High School.

Hutchins Teacher in Charge of Rugby Brett Smith says our students played very determined rugby and showed a lot of structure and intelligent play.

The boys were also treated to an appearance by ex-Wallabies player Sterling Mortlock.

The School would like to thank Coach Damien Carrick who has worked tirelessly preparing the boys for the event.

To learn more about the opportunities we provide for boys to become their best, contact our Enrolments Assistant, submit an online Enquiry form or phone 03 6221 4236. We encourage you to book a tour with our Registrar as this is the best way to see our School in action. Read more…
