Hutchins School Fair
4.00 pm - 8.00 pm
(Please note this is the first week of Term 4)
The Hutchins School community warmly invites you to attend our School Fair. Come and enjoy an evening of fun, food, wine and entertainment with something for all ages and tastes. We seek donations to ensure the greatest financial benefit for our school and ask each family to support this important fundraising event.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We ask each family to contribute to the Fair by providing the following items for their year group:
Early Learning Centre and Junior School
Cakes/biscuits/baked treats/jams etc (no nuts) or a financial donation
ELC and JS Fair Information
Middle School
Items for a major raffle or a financial donation
MS Fair Information
Senior School
Prizes for the Chocolate Wheel or a financial donation.
SS Information
WOULD YOU LIKE TO VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME?
We seek volunteers to help run our stalls (shifts of 30 minutes or more). If you would like to offer your time please contact a stall co-ordinator listed below:
